BCCI's big action after the fight between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir, both were punished
Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir Fight: Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir clashed on the ground after the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants on Monday night in IPL 2023. Taking this matter seriously, the BCCI has taken strict action against both of them and has also sentenced them.

Under Indian Premier League 2023, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Lucknow Super Giants by 18 runs on Monday night. But, something unexpected happened after the match, due to which IPL got a stain. RCB's Virat Kohli and former India opener and Lucknow mentor Gautam Gambhir got into a brawl on the field itself. There was a fierce debate between the two. On seeing this, the dispute increased so much that fellow players had to come to the rescue. Taking this matter seriously, the BCCI has taken strict action against both of them and has also sentenced them.
Following the brawl between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir, both have been found guilty of breaching Article 2.21 of Level 2 of the IPL Code of Conduct and have been fined 100 per cent of their match fees. Apart from Gambhir and Virat, Lucknow pacer Naveen-ul-Haq has also been fined 50 per cent of his match fee. Naveen was found guilty of breaching Level 1, Article 2.21 of the IPL Code of Conduct.
Actually, RCB won by 18 runs against Lucknow. After the match, the players of both teams were shaking hands with each other. Meanwhile, there was an argument between Afghanistan's Naveen-ul-Haq and Kohli. Kohli was taken away by fellow players. Actually, before this, there was a dispute between Naveen and Virat in the innings of Lucknow.
Virat Kohli was talking to the mayors of Lucknow. Meanwhile, Gambhir called the mayors and took them separately. While leaving, Gambhir was continuously talking. After this, Kohli called Gautam Gambhir nearby pointing. Then, within no time, an argument and argument started between the two. Several seniors including KL Rahul and Faf Duplessis tried to intervene. But, both were not ready to accept.
